抗繆勒管激素（anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH）,又稱繆勒管抑制物（Müllerianinhibiting substance，MIS），由AlfredJost教授在二十世紀四十年代發(fā)現(xiàn)。
成熟的激素是由二硫鍵連接兩個完全相同的72 KD單體形成的二聚體糖蛋白，屬于轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子βtransforming growth factor-β,TGF-β超家族。AMH主要通過AMH受體ⅡAMHreceptor Ⅱ,AMHR Ⅱ發(fā)揮生物學(xué)作用。

樣本收集注意事項：
收集標本前必須清楚要檢測的成份是否足夠穩(wěn)定。對收集后當(dāng)天進行檢測的標本，儲存在4℃備用，如有特殊原因需要周期收集標本，將標本及時分裝后放在-20℃或-70℃條件下保存。避免反復(fù)凍融。標本2-8℃可保存48小時，-20℃可保存1個月。-70度可保存6個月。部分激素類標本需添加抑肽酶。
